Thai-inspired red curry with nutty tempeh chunks, charred broccoli, long beans, and cherry tomatoes. Second

time eating this, just as good as I remembered! Underrated dish by New Fut Kai and honestly one of my favourite dishes by them. Had this at a catered buffet on board a junkboat, and this was completely cleared, with everyone going for second (and even third) helpings! P.S. Curry! Wanted to order curry fish but we already have a fish dish so decided
