The sauce gives them a sour, sweet, and salty taste, representing what people love about Thai cuisine! The egg itself has a very convincing texture, the yolk was crumbly like I remember it from a regular egg, while the white was slippery and… very egg like. I’m glad I tried it! #eggless #thaifood
