The dish is very light in seasoning which is very refreshing to eat on a

hot day, where I prefer not to eat something oily or heavy in flavour.

The vegetable in the herbal stock is very fresh and the dish tasted almost like soup, where you can drink the herbal stock on its own or with the vegetable. I could taste a slight natural sweetness and some herb flavour from the stock.

To top it off, the dish comes with some shimeji mushrooms, goji berries and red dates.

Too superior a stock. The clique barely touched it.

v.e.r.y. clean, herby, grassy tasting with

mushrooms, lil coins of red dates, goji berries and Chinese herbs as supporting cast. The combo of it can be felt full blown in your face. Nourishing much which can be counter-productive if no one wants a second helping 🤔


The stock of this dish is truly superior 😆💕 apart from the veggies being cooked

to perfection, I was happy drinking up the soup stock like it was soup 😆


Healthy and light tasting dish, not salty at all which is a good thing!
