Very umami filled broth and the noodles pick up the sauce so well! The vegetables
are cooked to the right texture without being overcooked!
Also I enjoy the fact that the hot pot keeps the food hot constantly which is what I prefer

The dark colors of this dish plus the yellow mee instantly made me brace myself
for a really salty meal, and I ordered a bowl of brown rice to go with the sauce even before trying the dish out. It looks really impressive when served, with flames, smoke, lots of bubbles and sizzles. But it was really salty indeed. The small pieces of “beef” within were tasty, but seemed barely enough. I think its not bad, but personally wouldn’t order again unless I am somehow really deficient in sodium.
The mock beef was rather off putting. If it was replaced with tofu, I think
it will be much better.

This was shared so I definitely could not have a proper fill plus my main but it’s definitely worth getting! The #yellownoodles really absorb a lot of that #beef flavour — Their stand-in for #veganbeef are these amazing #mushrooms with such good pull 🍄
I have no idea if the 2 nature cafes are affiliated but this one so far has no had a single flop 🙌
