PHO VEGAN

This is seriously the best #pho I’ve had in ages! My wife and I used

to go to NamNam all the time when we first moved to Singapore 🇸🇬 8 years ago. During Covid we ordered delivery a few times and that really turned us off to this place because the delivery didn’t really do the noodles and soup justice, but we ventured in the other day and the vegan pho was absolutely amazing. They call it vegetarian but everything is vegan and you can even choose the kind of noodles you want. It was absolutely 💣

Filled with delicious tofu, beancurd skin, mushrooms, tomatoes, bean sprouts, and tons of herbs like parsley and mint.

There is a vegan pho set here. The pho comes chocked full of veggies, served

along with fresh spring rolls and a drink.

They actually label their pho as vegan not even vegetarian! Love it! The pho noodles

are also brown rice noodles, different from the other non-vegan bowls. I like their ingredients as they have dried beancurd skin which is great when soaked in the noodle soup. And the lunch set is $10.90 with vegan fresh spring rolls and an iced black coffee! #crf

I think they’ve updated this dish since the last time I had it. The presentation

was really nice and I appreciate the healthy fast food option! A lot of their menu has become plant forward now. Love seeing the #sgtop50 award at the counter too.

Super surprised to find vege options here! While there were mock prawns and balls, the

soup base was really good and the fried tofu piece was yummy. $7.90 as well for a small bowl.

Light soup taste with vegetables ingredients! Love Vietnamese flat noodles

Not the best Pho but it was okay. The pho is kind bowl is so

much better!

Had this many times but the broth this time is bland.. unlike what I remembered

having some time back. Although the broth seems a lil different at diff outlets this bowl of soup is so 😞

Hope they didn’t change the recipe and will be just as tasty as I’ve had before for my next visit.

Finally vegan pho! Makes me so happy that restaurants are making an effort. :)

Delicious and very filling! Comes with a set of vegan spring rolls too.
