Finally an Asian Impossible dish. This tastes exactly like bak chor mee (minced meat noodles) to me, but vegan style. Paired with chewy brown rice noodles and flavourful broth, boy this is so comforting~ ($15.90)
this warm and comforting dish was sooo full of flavour! really really enjoyable (especially on a cold rainy day!) although i must say they went quite heavy on the herbs, which might not suit everyone's taste buds. it was also pleasant and interesting to sample impossible meat cooked in a different way. apart from the price point, this is a definite must try!
Guess who jumped on the Impossible bandwagon as well... They are generous with their impossible meat but seriously lacking in vegetables. Compared to the vegan pho which is a lot cheaper and has way more veggies. First and last time having this. Still good nonetheless.
If you haven’t already, go try the Impossible Pho (it’s plant-based without the egg) at Nam Nam - lipsmackingly delicious and the broth tastes like the real deal #namnamnoodlebar #impossiblepho
It tasted sooo good! Impossible never let's you down, please remove the egg though
