and grill'd burritos, and the flavour and texture is kind of affected by how they cook it. I felt like this was the first time I tasted how similar the taste is to real meat. I think the impossible patty made the broth incredibly flavourful, but it kind of tasted like pork broth rather than beef broth to me. The texture of the patty was also really similar to real meat cos there were some bits that felt like tendon/gristle , but not enough to make it off-putting and gross. I really love soupy noodles so I'm happy there's a great alternative, but this is a really pricy one at $17.90.
meat but seriously lacking in vegetables. Compared to the vegan pho which is a lot cheaper and has way more veggies. First and last time having this. Still good nonetheless.

a cold rainy day!) although i must say they went quite heavy on the herbs, which might not suit everyone's taste buds. it was also pleasant and interesting to sample impossible meat cooked in a different way. apart from the price point, this is a definite must try!
