Delicious and different! Who knew
black sesame could work so well as a sauce
in an Italian pasta! It was hot, creamy, salty, rich and satisfying. Because the sauce was thick enough to be a paste, it was quite gluggy but the flavour made up for it. The useless little salad on top for garnish can go straight to the compost bin but other than that it was delicious.
