Christmas special at Naked Earth! This dish consists of rosemary potatoes, maple glazed brussels sprouts
as well as a Christmas loaf made of beyond mince, mushrooms, nuts that is topped with mushroom gravy. Served with homemade cranberry sauce on the side.
Really impressed by everything on this dish. The āmeatloafā was really delicious and the gravy was phenomenal! Was a little hesitant to order this dish initially because of my past experience with Brussels sprouts (had more misses than hits at the places that I had before) but these Brussels sprouts were really good! The cranberry sauce on the side was an excellent accompaniment to this dish. Sweetness level was just right. Overall, an amazing dish!

š Another rendition of the Christmas loaf! I was quite impressed with this. Somehow the
mixture of minced mushrooms, nuts, maybe some seitan like thing, and seasonings, give rise to this chewy and satisfying bite in my mouth! I've not had roasted potatoes and vegetables for so long, and kind of miss how they taste! Also, I couldn't taste added oils, and asked if they used any. Turns out they don't, but they did use vegan butter. Haha. Xmas spirit chopped! š¤© oh, do remember to bring your own bento box and utensils, as they use disposables! š
