Nachos

This vegan nachos was good. It had a lot of layers with jalapeños, cheese, pics, avocado cream, and chipotle sauce. Flowers and presentation are very good. The cheese is not the best vegan cheese though.

Today’s specials at a’a Roots included this fabulous nachos entree! Loaded with black beans, vegan cheese, and jalapeños, this dish made for an amazing lunch! My first visit to the westside of the island was a huge success. I’m so glad this great vegan restaurant has stayed open through takeout and socially distanced outdoor dining. #MauiVegan #LeilaniFarmSanctuary #maui
