this was seriously delicious. I don't know what I was expecting, but it was amazing. ingredients include #kelpnoodles, cashew alfredo, and an abundance of #mushrooms. their food is so fresh. Kelp noodles tossed in a creamy cashew alfredo, sauteed mushrooms and onion and sprinkled with fresh parsley. Light, refreshing, and filling! The leek crackers were a surprising delight!
