Definitely the best thing here. The uttapam is like a flat idli cooked with sautéed

Usually I have onion dosa, but the uttapam is essentially a smaller sized dosa!
The texture and taste just melts in your mouth. Its served with DELICIOUS sambar, the best we've tasted from all indian restaurants in Singapore. Also served with a variety of chutneys like mint, coconut and tomato. Highly recommend! #nuseats
