Muhammara

I was so hungry, I started eating this before taking a photo! But this dip definitely didn't disappoint.. it's one of my favourite dips and the texture and flavour profile was on point. I personally would like a little more salt, but I'm a salt fiend... It came with 4 pieces of bread which were really nice and soft.

This Muhamarra was my least favourite of a all the cold mezze I tried at Kazbar. In my experience Muhamarra has some molasses and is mildly sweet but this was incredibly tart and had a raw chilly type flavour which I did not enjoy. The rest of the dips were SO much better! #veganisnoscary
