I’m giving so many stars in my reviews of the food served at MTR because
IT IS INCREDIBLE. I have been gatekeeping this for 2 years as I do get a lil too secretive at times, but I want them to keep thriving so here you go.
A piece of home right here in Singapore. MTR is a chain restaurant from Bangalore
and these Masala Dosas are one of the best dish on their menu. I love the consistency as it tastes the same as it does in its original outlets. They are ghee laden so good only as an infrequent treat. This place is not vegan friendly as ghee is generously used in almost all dishes.
Masala dosa and idliwada are my favourite dishes.. MTR preparations are unique. Softest idli, spicy
wada and very tasty dosa. Chutneys and sambar are great.MTR is Highly recommended 👌👌👌😋😋😋
It’s not bad 🤷♂️ IMO, it’s not worth it. The consistency of the chutney is
watery 💦 and the dosa itself, while crisp, has become way smaller and more expensive than previously. You can find better masala dosas elsewhere.
Btw, do remember to ask for no-ghee!
