Moussaka

Non potevo non assaggiare la versione vegan della famosa moussaka greca, in Grecia !!! Davvero molto buona!

Honestly this was incredible!!! 😍 I thought that a place called Vegan burgers would serve all your usual vegan burgers, but it's so much more creative! I actually think they would get more business if they changed their name, because Vegan burgers sounds like nothing special, but it really really *is* special! This moussaka burger was so delicious, it made me think it's a shame I'm only in the country for a week, so I can't keep coming back for it! It had melted cheese on top, as well as a slice of cheese in the middle, with vegetables, and the lentil bun was super tasty! Sooo much healthier and more delicious than normal burgers! Definitely pay a visit if you're ever in Athens! 😊

Moussaka is a traditional Greek plate in vegan version!! With soy mince, eggplant , potato, zucchini, tomato sauce and cheese!!
