Mock duck bun

The textures and flavors in this were perfect! The bun is so pillowy soft and the mock duck so crunchy. I've never had mock duck in a large chunk like that, only shredded, and I loved it! The mayo and spicy slaw added amazing flavor! #veganisnotscary

Damn, this was so good! It was an interesting new thing to try as it turned out to be something I would order again.
