Miso Sesame Sourdough

The sesame is wonderful, taste it in every bite. I'm not sure of the miso though? I think the sourness covers the miso perhaps? But all in all I think it is still a nice sourdough! Especially the texture! Soft and chewy on the inside. Perfect for a bit of toast!
