Mighty Mushroom

Very savory, umami sushi roll. I like that it has tofu in it. You definitely have to like the flavor of mushroom which I do, so this is my favorite roll!

Very tasty if you like mushroom and truffle. The sauce on top was my favourite bit and I liked the black rice base

The mighty mushroom is my second favorite sushi roll at beyond sushi, topped only by the sunny side. It has a really earthy, deep flavor, and what really makes it is the truffle sauce topping which is out of this world.
