Mexican Hummus

This is my absolute favourite at Cozy Corner - the hummus is creamy, artichokes, sundried tomatoes and topped with nutritional yeast, olives and rocket. Flavourful and healthy “fast food”.

I can't begin to explain how perfect the crust of the pizza is. The ingredients chosen for this dish was a perfect blend and complimented each other very well. The only thing missing, was the chilli spice as I am usually used to that. The hummus was also quite overwhelming for me.
