Mexican Corn Cakes

So delicious! Corn cakes with roasted corn, cilantro and some sort of sweet creay sauce.

So good with the tasty seasoned corn with the creamy Chipotle aioli, a little bit of spice but nothing crazy - just so tasty and good. Great textures too
