chips. It was fantastic! It isn't too similar to the non-vegan ceviche I've had in the past, but it was really good! Very flavorful and satisfying.

citrusy flavors, and the tender, meaty coconut meat made this 🐟-free ceviche light and refreshing. Served with crispy savory chiffles (fried plantains).
