Oat mylk iced latte of my dreams! I love Mellower coffee and just found out
through word of mouth they have oat milk. So creamy and rich (but not sweet), I’m addicted!

after they swapped out their oatly milk barista milk for an inferior brand considering how much the coffees cost here, with additional charge for oat milk. Doesn’t taste as good as it use to so hope they’ll consider changing back :/ #veganin2020
The grinding of bean, the schlep of milk. Frothing. Steaming. She pours the coffee into my cup with little regard. Then onto the white stuff. Tap, tap, tap. The hot milk settles in its stainless steel jug. And then the ‘artista’ shows off her craft. Swirls and circles are released by precise and gentle fingers. The elixir rises in the cup until it reaches the brim. I am finally presented with a heart. The barista’s way of saying she cares, that she’s proud of her alchemy. I admire her work for all of three seconds. I need the coffee. Now. My lips vandalise the art. The oat milk is sweet and shrouds any hint of bitterness. The coffee is smooth and tasty. The caffeine rushes to my head. Wakes me up. Ignites my mind. A delicious start to the day. I’m now ready to face anything.
city. The latte was so creamy and I’ve already fallen in love with the ambience of the coffee shop. A perfect place to go if you want to break a stress or want to have chat with an old friend. (and it would’ve been great if the latte had a little bit more coffee flavor)
but switched to a cheap oatmilk. $8 for disgusting iced coffee? No thanks.
expensive everywhere in Singapore, but it’s worth it for the occasional treat! Mellower has a nice atmosphere and I like their mugs and tableware a lot.
and a ‘treat yo self’ kind of mood. They use the barista oat milk which really does make a difference when it comes to a latte. Great vibes in the store.
