The heavy bar food is so good at Stanley's, but I wanted something a little lighter since we were going to a wine bar afterwards. I picked this Mediterranean wrap because hummus, tzatziki, and veggies sounded perfect. I was really happy to see vegan tzatziki here! The cauliflower was seasoned with curry powder, which was different, but wasn't totally clashing with the other flavors. The main issue with the wrap was the inconsistent temperature. Some ingredients were warm and some were cold, so it just felt odd to me.
