This pizzeria offers a wide range of vegan pizzas and none of them is boring. I also like that they don’t try to emulate traditional pizzas, but have an actual plant-based approach: they combine simple, not over processed plant based ingredients while trying to generate new flavors. And this pizza is the perfect example of this. Instead of being round is a line of small pizza dough squares, which have a lovely crunchy texture. On top of them babaganush, various veggies and tahini. I loved it. It was probably the best pizza I ever got there (and I went there a LOT of times). Babaganoush zucchine marinate e pesto di anacardi. Un’opzione vegan per ogni tipologia di pizza. Buona, mi aspetto qualche formaggio vegetale o qualche affettato invece son sempre molto “semplici” in qualunque stagione si vada (il menu cambia). Alla lunga mi ha stancata, anche perché costa e le altre sono Tutte molto più golose, quelle vegan sempre verdurine e basta
