I do have to say that although the environment here was eerie (dim lighting, super

humid) and service very odd (barely acknowledged and strangely you have to write your order on a pad of paper), the food here is really good. This salad was exactly what I wanted — fresh, healthy, and tasty. There’s a variety of veggies and the curry sauce on top is exquisite!

I think the #banana blossoms were cut finely

and then stir fried. Mixed with #crispy #tofu cubes, #carrots, #tomato and #herbs. Then that #dressing: simply divine #droolworthy. And there was soo much of it. Possibly made with #coconut cream and seasonings. That’s one nice #salad
