This "tofish" is made of marinated #tofu wrapped in #nori and fried in batter. It

was pretty salty and lemon-y, but tasty nonetheless. The fact that it was deep fried made me feel a bit nauseous afterwards, as the tofu soaked up all the frying oil. Maybe this would be better as an appetizer rather than a main meal. I do recommend it though! I'm glad more traditional cuisine restaurants are adding vegan options to their menus. 🐠
