This is a vegan take on "Bolinhos de Bacalhau", a traditional #portuguese dish: originally made

of a salted cod and potato batter, with lots of parsley in it, that's shaped into somewhat of a croquette and then fried. This vegan version was made of mainly #chickpea, and I could tell it had bits of carrot in it. The taste was not very close to the original (it was missing the parsley, among other details), but it was enjoyable nonetheless. It being deep fried was a bit tough of my stomach though, but I still recommend it! 🐟
