Needed a vegan-friendly location for a work meeting and could only find one dish on
the menu marked vegetarian. Was utterly disappointed to discover that it was heaped with parmesan cheese shavings and the pesto tasted cheesy as well - this was not explicitly stated in the menu. I pushed the shavings away to try to eat the dish without complaining but came down with sinus flare up and respiratory infection that night (which tends to happen to me if I ingest diary products). Otherwise, portion, presentation and service was good. Marche could do better to make their menu more vegan friendly by offering an option to veganise certain dishes if it contains cheese. It's incredibly hard for vegans to find vegan-friendly establishments that cater to omni diets as wells, especially in the west.
