Tofu hollandaise toast

Awesome dish to atart the day with this proteine packaes breackfast. The toastcrust is crunchie

and spread with a homemade spiceymayo topped with almost 200gram baked tofu. Pro tip: I always ask the Hollandaise sause to come aside so the toast isnt swimming in the warm sauce ;)
