Its not toooo sweet so it's perfect for me. You can taste d coconut, the cake itself is a wee bit too dry for me but overall not too bad at all.
You can still trick yourself not feeling so sinful after eating this.

Sugary, coconut shreddy and disintegrates upon contact with a weird aftertaste. Two wrongs clearly do not make a right 😑
and the texture was so crumbly it kept falling apart. it was obvious that no egg replacement was used as a binder. had to eat this with some jam/curd to make it more salvageable.
me at 'ah' and its nice when 'ah' gets noticed, for once with her alliumfree, million allergies, vegan diet and where most of the world and everyone she meets avoid her like a plague on festive occasions. The 麻烦 '阿' is remembered, especially today 😍
Fork of caution 👉 no binder, so prod lightly and cleanly so you don't end up having #coconut sawdust for #dessert. The sugar is surprisingly tame in this one, the only time I bulldozed my way thru a block of #cake 😋
