This was one of the best vegan dishes I have ever had out! The polenta
was full of flavour and the fennel sausage accompanied it perfectly. The restaurant itself was also a lovely setting. Would highly recommend

This main was delicious. I don't like fennel, but it doesn't taste fennel at all.
The polenta was very good and creamy and the cabbage was crispy and delicious. Definitely would have this again.
This is going to sound weird coming from me, but my favourite part was the
creamed #cabbage 😅 Just moist enough and just retaining enough crunch/texture, it was the perfect accompaniment to the #vegansausage. The #fennel was one of the more dominant herbs/spices used in the #polenta #mash thing. Overall the effect is a bit like a pub dinner in February - hearty, warm, and comforting 🙂
