A lovely bowl of goodness. The colourful ingredients make for a healthy meal, not to mention it’s very filling. The green pesto adds depth to the whole thing. The patties are super nice, tastes like a real beef patties. Love it!

Honestly so impressed by this dish??? Tried HEYBO this week and I loveeeee the colours and variety! That huge orange thing is a big slice of grilled pumpkin which was sweet, moist and fresh. There were two generous Impossible patties which were yumms on a bed of grains and other veggies! Definitely will return and try the other vegan options 🌈🥗 #veganisnotscary
