Honestly so impressed by this dish???

Tried HEYBO this week and I loveeeee the colours and variety! That huge orange thing is a big slice of grilled pumpkin which was sweet, moist and fresh. There were two generous Impossible patties which were yumms on a bed of grains and other veggies! Definitely will return and try the other vegan options 🌈🥗
