This dish is a bit boring though somehow despite the Udon. Not bad by any means but not great. Perhaps I've grown too used to having tofu everywhere and am missing it 😂 but I guess also due to the lack of sauce. Dunno. Worth a try, but i accidentally ordered it twice because I forgot I had it the first time and thought that definitely wasn't necessary lol

A solid bowl of noodles, something that reminded me of what I would make, but

I’m a good cook so I’m not complaining! I love udon noodles, in any sauce or dish. So this couldn’t really go wrong.
