I think this a very special dish with nice ingredients, so worth encouraging! But probably
still need to think about how to make it nicer. At certain parts of the pumpkin side, it tastes a bit starchy. Ganbatte! #abillionlove
Part of the dimsum high tea promo (randomly chosen menu each day). Quite mushy and
bland, without the distinct taste of pumpkin or taro. My least favourite fried dimsum. Would recommend the carrot cake or taro mee sua squares instead for similar but more flavourful fried bites.
The combination of both yam and pumpkin is a special one, the dimsum was pan-fried
to golden crisp👌🏻
$5.80 for 4 pieces. Savoury and subtly sweet due to the pumpkin. A bit mushy
in texture.
Good stuff right there. Soft and tender pumpkin and taro cake enclosed in a lovely
crispy crust pan-fried to perfection.
