Snow Fungus with Lotus Seed

This is pretty standard and delicious! Well executed

Expected this to be a hot dessert. But it was served cold. The gingko nut was not very fresh.

Don't bother ordering this. Lotus seed was not cured so its bitter and very stiff. Snow fungus portion is little too. Normally snow fungus desserts are served warm but this was cold! And what's with the pasta dish lol
