Review of Snow Fungus with Lotus Seed at Lotus Kitchen by simhazel

Don't bother ordering this. Lotus seed was not cured so its bitter and very stiff. Snow fungus portion is little too. Normally snow fungus desserts are served warm but this was cold! And what's with the pasta dish lol
