This #friedrice is 😍! Very nice and filling. The crispy #mushroom cutlet completes the dish.

Very generous portion of mushroom cutlet. Like how they made a cutlet out of mushroom
instead of flour. Rice is mildly spicy and very tasty. This dish is good for sharing.
Very promising but I personally feel the mushroom in it is a little too tough…
