Wow! What a brilliant and delicious afternoon we spent there with Anushka Rana, our lovely

chef, host and owner with her son waitering for her and assisting too. Do come here if you want freshly prepared exquisite flavours where fresh tasty vegetables predominate! Anushka kept apologizing that we had to wait for her food as nothing was cooked beforehand and neither do they have a microwave onsite (Hallelujah!). We waited less than 10 minutes before our food arrived. And yeah it was totally worth the wait.

The quality of the ingredients speak for themselves. The use of himalayan salt and all natural herbs shine in this simple noodle dish. This seemingly simple dish bowled my whole family over. Perhaps it's not for everyone but those of us who can appreciate the real taste of farm grown veggies raised with love and care cannot get enough of this dish. We would have ordered another bowl if we could have eaten more since we sampled all they could make vegan. For $5.50 we had a clean and fresh tasting wonderfully peppery soup with tons of regular cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, raw spring onion, nappa cabbage, fried onion, garlic and two lovely MoMo vegan dumplings as well. These delectable dumplings were filled with carrots, cabbage and woodear mushrooms. Their textures contrasted with perfectly cooked soft wheat noodles. It sat so well in all our tummies and made our insides all just shout hooray!

The customer service was phenomenal too for a place with a gloriously homey feel. Anushka and i had lovely conversations where she told me her inspiration to open this business was from friends who enjoyed her cooking immensely. Thus, her ethos is to only provide healthy food to all her customers that she and family would actually enjoy and eat. Indeed we didn't just feel like customers but honoured family friends enjoying Anushka's impeccable hospitality.

We have already made family plans to return and cannot wait!

Delicious thukpa with momos on the side :) Not usually a fan of soup noodles,

but this was rich and flavourful! Veggies were soft and absorbed the garlicky soup.

The veg momo thukpa is a type of Nepalese noodle soup dish. They gave a

pretty large portion to me for only $5.50. It’s comes with noodles and a tons of veg, but not enough momos in my opinion (they gave two?). Nevertheless, it’s super filling and delicious overall so definitely try it at least once if you are in the area :)

Delicious, garlicky soup noodles. Feels very nourishing. One of the cheaper items on the menu

too.
Sadly they often run out of veg momos so you should pre-order or go early.

A hearty and filling dish full of greens and spices. I did feel it was

a tad too garlicky for my taste - it lingered on my tongue through the rest of the day. But overall a good meal and well-priced.
