Farro, French lentils, oyster mushrooms, spinach, butternut squash, and chermoula. Delicious dish with locally sourced
ingredients, including: Guided By Mushrooms (Dayton), Patchwork Gardens (Dayton), and Farm On Central (Carlisle). It’s somewhat on the pricey side ($22)—but very fresh, filling, and enjoyable. I will definitely order it again.
