On a cold morning, soup is a great addition to brunch! Especially Hi Flora!'s lions mane wild rice soup. This soup has a perfect thick consistency. It is flavored so deliciously and I really enjoyed all the veggies in there like carrots and celery. The lions mane is locally grown and the wild rice is hand harvested in the state. One of the best parts about fall is eating all the local foods.
To make this soup even more spectacular, it's served in the most perfect bread bowl! The bread is wonderfully crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. This is the "cup" size, so I was happy to see that it was still served in bread at this smaller size! It also has a side of microgreens.
This is $6 for a cup or $18 for a bowl.
