There’s nothing mock in here anf the flavout so robust. I can eat this everyday!
Delicious!
$18 - the best dish but also pretty eh HAHA like we found it kinda
interesting that they used button mushrooms, which lent a nice kinda chewy texture to the ‘meat’. it was deep fried in a thick crispy batter which was kinda nice but of course unhealthy uh. quite generous with the fresh vegetables which I appreciated, and had some little balls of green apple? I didn’t mind it but usually it’s served with lychee so I guess they were trying to be creative or something with the apples. the sauce was a little bit too sweet though, but okay lah not that bad just quite average
Chewy and soft Button Mushroom. The gravy was perfect. Some green apples accompanied this dish
and brings out the total feel of sweet and sour.
mushrooms had a good crispy batter. nice & juicy on the inside and had a
very substantial bite to it. very flavourful sauce as well :-)

overall the food at Lingzhi was good but i wouldn't say exceptional, especially considering the high price point. plus most of the dishes on the menu were deep fried / drenched in a heavy layer of sauce 😯 (we ordered from their CNY menu, maybe their ala carte menu has healthier options.)
