🥪🌟Tempeh. This is a sandwich with my name on it. Purple cabbage... One of my
favourite veg. This sandwich is calling out to me. I was pleasantly surprised when I was munching through. I thought there would be heavy mayo, but it was tasty yet refreshing. The subtle tones of mustard (which I found out was Dijon later~), and the sprinkles of cranberries were give a very unexpected and complimenting flavour to the tempeh. The owner mentioned she was feeling a bit of Xmas vibes while creating this. Ready for Xmas people 😆🥰 #vegansandwich #veganinsingapore
