Drawing inspiration from Jun and Tonic's Asian Fruit Cake, Chef Chloe R&Ded a vegan version~

👩‍🍳 This pound cake came decorated with pretty edible gold flakes and had a moist, slightly sticky texture! It retained some of the signature flavour profile of a classic fruit cake, with warm spices such as cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg. 🫚 At the same time, it was uniquely injected with Asian influences such as osmanthus, red dates, as well as chewy dried longans (most prominent IMO), goji berries, and persimmon. 🌼🍊 I'm always a fan of this kind of creative fusion concepts.
