Finally made my way to Lilac Oak. I loved their homebakes and loved the wholesome
menu they offer in their café. Everything is well-priced and had protein in each dish, their sandwiches were yum! This might be the best matcha latte I’ve had so far apart from making it at home.

The deep green matcha was matched with a really nice matcha aroma. The bitterness of
the matcha came through the unsweetened oatmilk which was great but I was somehow not getting much richness (or umami?) from the matcha otherwise. That said, I'm pretty sure this is already a strong contender for good matcha lattes out there..
One of the highly raved drink here, with their collaboration with Naoki. This was good
but i personally prefer hvala for their stronger matcha taste. I am perhaps biased but think their coffees are better :D. Still this definitely beat the commercial ones outside. Do give it a try of u are a matcha latte fan!
Made using Naoki Matcha powder, tasted bold and 'gao'. Came with a separate pot of
syrup for customisable sweetness levels. ($7)
It was delicious and quite light. I think I prefer very "gao" (thick) matcha. I
like it that they provided the sweetener on the side so you can adjust it to your preference!!! Such a cute presentation too! It costs $7.
Very creamy and good quality matcha. Can opt for unsweetened, less sweet and normal sweetness,
which is great!
