💥 this was the best breakfast salad ever! Shredded carrots and beets, delicious hummus, sliced avocado and the most delicious lentil patty ever! With walnuts and chopped parsley. Seriously this was the perfect guy meal. I love bread in the morning and didn’t even miss it here. And kind of felt meditative taking my time eating all the carrots and beets!
