LASAGNA ROMAGNOLA

damn this was so good!! the only thing i didn't like was the Beyond - tasted a bit too meaty, but everything else was incredible. pasta sheets were cooked to perfection and bechamel sauce was nice and creamy. great ratio of dough, "meat" and sauce.

If you are a vegan not by choice but for health as advised by your doctor, this dish will not make you miss meat or dairy in the slightest. Why? Because the seitan ragout, bechamel, and began parmigiano really do the animal product flavors justice. Rich in Flavor. Fresh. Organic. A MUST try! My only wish is that this will eventually come gluten-free! Sigh... The struggles of being a gluten-free vegan.
