Lasagna

So delicious . Layer of spinach , another of lentil bolognese sauce with slices of eggplant all with a creamy «  cheese » . Fantastic and great size portion .

This restaurant was amazing! Super cool decor, amazing vegan food, huge portions. This lasagna was really great! Layers of lentil bolognese, eggplant, artichoke, and pesto, gave for a rich and flavourful bite! I loved the roasted cherry tomatoes on top as well, would have loved more of those. This lasagna was pretty damn near perfect otherwise. 19.50€
