Tapa "Albóndigas" Con Salsa De Almendras

I can see why this is the highest-rated dish on the menu! The albóndigas were so tender and tasty they just fell apart and melted in your mouth. They had more of a bread-crumb base than a fake meat base, which was unexpected. They sat on a bed of fries which was also unexpected. The almond sauce was creamy and tasty, and reminded me of a creamy gravy sauce for roast dinners. Very nice.

Pedimos una ración porque me encantan. Son muy contundentes, así que llenan mucho. La salsa está riquísima, para seguir rebañando con las patatas.
