Piadina Hummus

The first meal I had in Lisbon! It was just what I needed after lots of travelling - a warm, chewy #piadina stuffed with delicious hummus and juicy pepper and aubergine, as well as lots of spinach. I'm not a big fan of piadinas, and this was no exception. It's filled with Hummus, sautéed Bell peppers, grilled zuchinni and fresh spinach leaves. What you see in the photo is only half of it. I must say it's not that bad, but it feel like something is missing... It's very tasteless. Not one I will voluntarilly repeat.
