Ramen and broth was okay, the soy meat was tender and delicious. Broth was very
salty as usual. But good to have a vegan option available in this ramen shop.

This tiny ramen shop was a surprise. Their vegan ramen tastes great and location is
an experience worth remembering. The staff is very friendly. Because the restaurant is so small you might have to wait a little but the food it‘s worth it!
(Side note: I payed a tiny bit more than my non vegan friends because they had special vegan noodles which probably cost more than the mass produced egg ones)
Tokyo was quite less vegan-friendly than I was expecting. Wanted to try this meal in
